I know it’s really just any other excuse to give something up, but for Lent I am giving up:
- Sweets
- Sugary/fizzy drinks
- Reckless spending
- Drinking to excess
- Procrastination
To make sure I keep to it, I’ve asked my boyfriend to come up with a few methods of punishment if I broke any of these….
Proud of yoooou! That cardio bit is literally my exact workout, except add in 10 minutes on the exercise bike.
